As part of reviewing a proposal to site 30 units of premium apartments on rezoned industrial land with industrial use, SFMI measured the on site noise produced by
20 different car repair and body shop operators located on the common property edge.
SFMI then mitigated the impact to comply within code - exterior and interior criteria - by specifying the use of a combination of appropriate perimeter walls and
exterior fenestration.
