  • Scope of Services: Design of Shell and Core Security Systems Infrastructure Security Systems for four 6 to 14 story shell office buildings and supporting campus. Design of campus security systems including:

    • Exterior and Lobby Security Cameras for each building, linked to a common monitoring point via fiber optic cabling.
    • Card readers at entries and elevators
    • Door position switches, motion and glass break detectors tied to distributed alarm processing infrastructure linked across campus by Ethernet.
    • Backbone copper voice risers in each building to support elevator telephones.
    • Lobby entry voice access pedestals, guard station telephones, campus PBX for rollover of calls when guards on watch.
    • Central monitoring station with provisions to move to parking lot structure once constructed.
    • Interim parking lot access control and camera coverage with provisions to relocate to 8 story permanent parking lot structure once constructed

  • Scope of Services includes fast track design of 260,000 SF tenant improvements to Gap corporate the standards for Gap Brand Headquarters to be located in Building 28:

    • Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV cameras to extend and interface with Catellus systems.
    • Design of Avaya Systimax copper and fiber backbone and station cabling in raised floor environment with dual redundant IDF, MPOE and MDF feeds.
    • Server room/data center layout.

    Design was completed in a fast track manner while shell was under construction.
