SFMI was recently selected to author the districtwide Communications and Audiovisual Standards
manual, the first such standards document for CCSF. SFMI work with the campus ITS office and the Office of Facilities Planning & Construction to develop the new standards.
SFMI is also designing the following new buildings on the Ocean Campus:
- Wellness Center
New gyms, dance studio, multi-use athletic rooms, classrooms, lockers, and coaching facilities. SFMI is designing communications cabling, sound systems,
video systems, scoreboard and control, electronic security systems, theater rigging, lighting and draperies.

Clinic space downstairs and classrooms upstairs. SFMI's design includes new communications cabling, audiovisual infrastructure, intercom and public address
systems, masking systems and electronic security systems.

Broadcast Center: Television and Radio Studio facilities planning, sound isolation and HVAC noise control recommendations.
